We have an opportunity for an experienced full-time Sales Territory Manager to join our field sales team. Servicing an established customer base you will work predominantly in the health food and Independent Supermarket channels.
This role will manage a large territory in the Melbourne Eastern Suburbs and parts of Vic Regional.
The Sales Territory Manager ensures the Kadac portfolio of products is available to the Health Food and Independent Supermarket channels and that any promotional activity is executed on time as per the marketing and promotions plan.
Key responsibilities include;
- Work to a call cycle plan to successfully exceed sales budget expectations & increase sales in your territory with clear communication through store visits, phone calls, and emails
- Proactively discuss monthly deals and new products with your customers with a strong focus on our key brands
- Build Kadac product & brand awareness
- Increase distribution of Kadac products in your territory, working on monthly priorities
- Assist with product education and training in stores
- Prospect and develop new customers in the territory and work on servicing their requirements
- Working in a team environment to achieve financial goals and provide great customer service
- Providing feedback on customer performance, service requirements, and opportunities to your manager as well as the broader Kadac team
The successful applicant will have;
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (or related field) for a global or national business
- Strong business acumen, preferably in the Independent sector.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- A Team Culture
- Education in Health Services and/or Nutrition is an advantage
- A health background or passion for health
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proven selling & negotiation skills
- Proven time management skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a team environment and meet agreed service level benchmarks

This is a remote role that may require attendance at our Braeside head office on occasion.
