The position
This position will suit a candidate who has a passion for sales and highly values and enjoys excelling in customer service, loves visiting clients and has the ability to 'hunt' down new sales opportunities. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the responsibilities include actively searching for new leads and inquiries, responding to sales enquiries of existing customers and meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, implement and evaluate sales strategy, based on knowledge of company objectives, market characteristics, and other factors in conjunction with the National Sales Manager
- Manage and grow existing accounts as well as identify and pitch for new leads which results in new opportunities and accounts.
- Liaise with and organize meetings with new and current clients.
- Help with field service department when is required, performing maintenance on customer’s site.
- To successfully build and strengthen long-term and profitable relationships with current and new customers.
- Together with the internal / external sales team manage your customer’s end-to-end needs & be their first point of contact for any needs that are required.
- Develop strong knowledge base and understanding of all Busch Products.
The desired qualification/experiences:
- Demonstrated sales experience minimum of 3 years in technical products and engineering solutions.
- Experience in service.
- Relevant experience in growing sales through business development.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Relevant experience working autonomously and being self-directed.
- Degree in Engineering or trade qualification.
- Car license
