19th January, 2024 Territory Sales Representative – Pacific NorthwestLocation: Vancouver, BCWorking Environment: Monday to FridayBase Salary: $80,000-$90,000Commissions: Based on Territory GrowthAs a leading Canadian manufacturer of a specialty building product, our client is looking for an individual with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience to report to the National Sales Manager.Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package RRSP contribution matching program Car allowance 3 weeks of vacation per year Key Responsibilities: Build and foster relationships with current and new customers Prioritize sales opportunities, develop recommendations, and execute sales plans New business development through cold calls, online searches, prequalification, and sourcing quotations Regular sales reporting with a focus on customer calls and follow-up plans Provide product knowledge training to customers Attend trade shows and contractor events as a representative of the company Qualifications and Skills: University Degree or College Diploma 2 years of Territory sales experience (Product Based) Building materials and/or roofing industry experience is a plus Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport in various settings Self-starter with strong time management skills and ability to work independently Entrepreneurial spirit and a team player with a drive to succeed Excellent written and verbal presentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) A passion for winning and a desire to go the extra mile #MT1
