About your new role
We are seeking Test Analysts and Senior Test Analysts to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our infrastructure. As a Test Analyst at the City of Gold Coast, you will ensure that proper testing occurs for all changes released into the production environments used by the City. About you
Most importantly, you will have experience in a similar Test Analyst position and the willingness to continue learning new skills and technologies. Experience in Agile and Waterfall frameworks will also benefit you in this position.
You will have strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. You will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. Your ability to play a role in a cross-functional team will allow you to collaborate and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Our Chief Technology Office has multiple fixed-term and permanent opportunities available. Applications for this position may be used for up to 12 months and may be considered for other vacancies as they become available, including part-time, fixed-term or permanent opportunities.
As part of our selection process, you may be required to undertake a one-way video interview via Criteria, face-to-face or virtual interview via Microsoft Teams. You may also be required to undertake reference checks via Xref, police checks, employment history checks, qualification checks and drug and alcohol testing.
