They are currently working to improve their operating efficiency. As the Test Lead, you will have the opportunity to drive best practices, and ensure a high quality product delivers a positive experience.
Role and responsibilities
- Lead the test planning and test strategy.
- Work closely with the internal business stakeholders and external vendors.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in testing methodologies.
- Provide leadership to the testing team.
- Review test cases and test results.
Role Requirements
- Test Lead experience preferably in utilities or telecommunications.
- Expertise in developing test plans and test strategy.
- Experience working with vendors and managing vendor relationships within a complex business.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of end-to-end testing processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
