Test Lead - Salesforce - Government

Contract, $750 inc super p/d

Attribute Group is pleased to partner with this government agency as they seek a Test Lead (ideally with Salesforce experience) to take ownership of testing initiatives for a Government organisation

The role:As a Test Lead, you will take ownership of the testing life cycle which mainly focuses on integrating Salesforce with bespoke, in-house applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements, System requirements and design
• Manage end to end test management UAT
• Develop UAT strategy, plan, test report and overall execution
• Ensure project quality objectives are achieved
• Support negotiations with other groups & teams within client or client vendors for services or support provision where required
• Conduct ad-hoc testing as required

Key experience:

• 7+ years of commercial IT experience, with experience in Salesforce and integration testing capacity, coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications.
• Desirable to have ISTQB certification.
• Desirable to have experience in Government
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong experience in testing APIs, and Salesforce
• Strong experience in ALM and Atlassian JIRA.
• Strong testing methodology and process, in Waterfall, Agile/Scrum and/or hybrid environments
• Knowledge of Requirement and Defect tools
