Attribute Group is pleased to partner with this government agency as they seek a Test Lead (ideally with Salesforce experience) to take ownership of testing initiatives for a Government organisation
The role:As a Test Lead, you will take ownership of the testing life cycle which mainly focuses on integrating Salesforce with bespoke, in-house applications.
Key responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements, System requirements and design
- Manage end to end test management UAT
- Develop UAT strategy, plan, test report and overall execution
- Ensure project quality objectives are achieved
- Support negotiations with other groups & teams within client or client vendors for services or support provision where required
- Conduct ad-hoc testing as required
- 7+ years of commercial IT experience, with experience in Salesforce and integration testing capacity, coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Desirable to have ISTQB certification.
- Desirable to have experience in Government
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong experience in testing APIs, and Salesforce
- Strong experience in ALM and Atlassian JIRA.
- Strong testing methodology and process, in Waterfall, Agile/Scrum and/or hybrid environments
- Knowledge of Requirement and Defect tools
