ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
Would you like to work in a dynamic perioperative environment with an amazing team as front of department reception. You will be coordinating patient flow, bed control, assisting with patient bookings, administration tasks, communicating effectively with many areas in the hospital and assuring smooth running of the operating suite.
This rewarding opportunity will see you join the Mater Hospital in North Sydney as Theatre receptionist in our Surgical Services department. This role will be part time , 5 shifts per fortnight, equates to 38 hrs and opportunity to pick up extra shifts for leave relief. The shifts will predominantly be 12.30-2100.
You will bring your passion to the role where you will work with a highly supportive team to help provide the highest standard of patient care.

As an outstanding OT receptionist, you will have excellent time management and customer service skills.
Your skills and qualification will include:
certificate in administration or High School Certificate.
Excellent communication skills.
Computer literacy.
Highly organized
Ability to prioritize
Attention to detail.
Desirable
- Two years experience.
