Epiroc is now hiring a TLD Administrator based in Perth.
This is a key position within the Epiroc Tools and Attachments Division, as a part of the Administration Team you will play an important role in our customer service, contracts, sales, travel, purchasing and reporting administration functions.
Administration Team Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team (administrative duties, record keeping and filing)
- Communication with customers and Key Customer Managers including general office administration and support
- Respond to all enquiries and take appropriate actions
- Open and close internal and external service jobs
- Contract administration including SAP data entry, processing stocktakes and running Goods in Transit reports
- Contract reporting and Invoicing
- Maintain Work in Progress
- Purchasing, Travel and General administration
There are several attributes that the successful applicant will need to possess, which include:
- High level of computer literacy - specifically Excel
- A background in and understanding of sales/contracts administration practices and data entry
- Highly developed attention to detail
- A strong ability and desire to solve problems
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to find common ground with people approaching tasks from differing perspectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your ability to communicate effectively will put you on the path to success within Epiroc
- Exposure to mining and related industries will be well-regarded
