We are currently seeking the services of a committed Trade Account Representative to work closely with our Sales Team to provide exceptional sales & product support to help develop our growing Trade Accounts and existing customer base.
The requirements of the position include:
- Maintaining existing accounts and development of new Trade Accounts in both Metropolitan & Regional SA areas
- Dealer, contractor and end user product support & technical assistance
- Training, merchandising & promotions including trade shows & product nights
- Preparing quotations, estimates and costings in a timely manner including folllow-ups, reporting & analytics
- Project management of successful quotes
- Spare parts interpreting, ordering and inventory to assist the Service Team
- Generating awareness and new opportunities for the Sales Team
- Assisting with the development of the overall business
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
- Outstanding communication, problem solving, negotiating, people and relationship building skills
- HVAC&R industry experience including systems application, diagnostics & commissioning
- VRF, Chiller, Heat Exchanger & Cooling Tower knowledge and experience
- Knowledge in the Panasonic or Air Change product range & technology would be an advantage
- Relevant computer skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
