We are seeking an inspired individual who is capable of leading and mentoring the sales team. You will also enjoy partnering with the Energy Analysts and be a Sales professional who is capable of developing & maintaining deep business relationships with their existing customers whilst sourcing new business opportunities.
The successful Sales & Customer Relationship Manager will have a proactive mindset and be a resilient individual who is capable of sourcing solutions for their customers as well as identifying cross sell opportunities.

- Experience in leading a sales team within the energy, telco, strata/body corporate sector.
- Proven experience in leading a targeted sales campaign with the ability to identify new opportunities.
- An analytical mind who enjoys working with numbers and large volumes of data
- Experience with MS Office – Word, Excel (Intermediate) Google Suite and CRM’s
- High level of professional written & verbal communication skills
- A positive and team focussed attitude with exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform to a high standard in a pressurised environment.
- Customer centric mindset coupled with the ability to be target focussed.
