What role will you play?
You will lead and develop a support group in our Tech Assist team, along with continuously improving existing systems and processes. You will be building, maintaining, and improving customer satisfaction, while supporting Macquarie businesses through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, enterprise social, face-to-face, and digital learning. You will be responding to inquiries, escalations, and establishing partnerships with stakeholders, while coordinating a variety of projects in a highly operational and regulated environment.
What you offer
- 5+ years’ experience leading and developing teams
- Strong IT support experience, across Microsoft technology stacks and infrastructure (Windows 10, Office 2016, O365 and Active Directory etc)
- Proven ability to operate in an extremely high-pressure environment, successfully handling multiple competing priorities
- Project management skills, and the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels of the organisation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
- Previous experience in Trade Floor support would be an advantage.
