Responsibilities:
- Assembly, testing, and installation of new, hire & repaired equipment,
- Programming and setup of new and customer equipment,
- Maintenance and repair; breakdown service and fault finding,
- Calibration of weighing equipment and QA report writing,
- Delivery of equipment,
- Receiving and storage of new goods,
- General workshop cleaning and maintenance of equipment,
- General assistance to service, hire and sales departments.
On the job training will be provided
Skills Required:
- Minimum Year 11 education,
- Certificate II in Electro-technology or higher recommended,
- An interest in and grasp of mechanical/electrical basics,
- You must be motivated, keen to learn, and be reliable,
- A good level of fitness, as regular lifting of test masses is required,
- Good communication skills,
- The ability to work in a variety of clients’ environments,
- Applicants must be prepared to undergo a Police Check for entry onto clients’ sites,
- Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have appropriate Visa to work
- Drivers Licence required but not essential initially.
