About Us
The Cushman and Wakefield Services Trades Team is responsible for the delivery of a range of skilled services to Cushman & Wakefield Clients’ property portfolios - nationwide. Works include planned, corrective, and reactive maintenance, contractor management, minor and major project works and adhoc service delivery services
About the Role
The State Services Manager is an experienced service manager responsible to deliver exceptional customer service to keep the division running in an effective and profitable manner to increase customer satisfaction. The works are diverse and includes, but are not limited to retail, banking, medical, shopping centers etc.
What You Will Be Doing
End to end management of service to clients through safe operation of all tradespersons, contractors, public and customers.
High levels of customer service and communication
Ensure compliance with all statutory Health, Safety, Security and Environment requirements safety measures and systems are implemented in accordance with relevant legislation, policy and customer safety requirements.
Monitor and report KPI’s to ensure contractual compliance, analyse statistics and compile reports
