What You Will Do:
As our Operations Manager, reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will:
- Manage daily operations, ensuring efficient traffic control activities and coordination across various departments.
- Uphold safety standards by implementing protocols, conducting audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Allocate resources, including staff, equipment, and vehicles, to meet project demands and deadlines.
- Drive sales strategies in collaboration with the sales team, identifying new clients, analyzing market trends, and securing business.
- Foster strong client relationships, understanding their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Link sales and operational activities, ensuring seamless project execution and client communication.
- Monitor and analyze sales and operational metrics to enhance business processes and performance.
- Plan, budget, and oversee traffic management projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
- Lead and develop teams, providing training, feedback, and performance management.
- Manage risk and implement contingency planning for operational efficiency and safety.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to operations and processes.
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of operations management experience in the building, construction, or traffic management industries.
- Proven sales and negotiation prowess, with the ability to spot market opportunities and execute sales strategies.
- Leadership skills to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client interaction and team management.
- Strong strategic and business acumen with a proactive work ethic.
