We are currently looking for an Allocations Manager to join our ever expanding team working alongside our Accounts Manager.
The Allocations Manager is responsible for receiving and entering all client job bookings onto the system, assigning traffic controllers and equipment to each of those bookings. You will also be responsible for data entry, answering enquiries and administrative related tasks. This is a fast-paced environment, and we require someone who is calm under pressure, has a high level of attention to detail and who is able to multi-task.
You will be provided with all support and training to enable you to succeed in your new role.
What You Need
- Experience in high volume scheduling work and/or rostering of people and resources
- Sound administrative skills and computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with a customer service focus
- Self-motivated with the ability to be proactive and solutions driven with tasks
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities
- Experience in Traffic Management or a similar industry is highly regarded
