We are seeking a highly motivated Trainee Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and gaining hands-on experience in the field. At The Breakthrough Office, we offer a part-time Foundations Course, through employment, that complements your Undergraduate Accounting studies. We have two positions available based in our West Gosford office.
The Breakthrough Office is an outsourced Accounting, Payroll, HR, and Corporate Governance solution, exclusively for Not-for-Profit organisations. Esablished out of a passion to make a difference in the world, we work alongside incredible organisations that are making a difference in their Communities.
Our team includes Qualified CPA and CA Accountants, with over 25 years of experience in Not-for-Profit Accounting.
Program Overview:
If you want hands–on, practical experience to complement your Accounting Studies – this program is designed for you.
Our Foundations Course, called “Breakthrough Academy”, will provide you with tools and training to excel at your Accounting Career. Each successful applicant will undertake a 2-year program designed to introduce you to all aspects of Financial and Management Accounting.
Specifically you will:
- Learn the end-to-end accounting processes, included Financial and Management Accounting Reporting; working alongside organisations making a difference in their communities.
- Have ongoing mentoring from Qualified CPA and CA Accountants who are highly qualified and passionate about the work they do.
- Participate in peer support programs to build your network.
- Undertake e-learning courses and opportunities, to further your professional development.
- Undertake professional skills workshops to equip you for all aspects of your career, including opportunities for client engagement.
