We are a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) offering vocational education & training, out of our office in Southport, and are looking for a full-time Trainee Administration Assistant to join our growing team.

This position will commence as a traineeship, whereby you will obtain a Certificate III in Business, over a 12 month period. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a 4pm finish on Fridays. Parents returning to work, mature aged workers, as well juniors - all are encouraged to apply. Pay rate is based on a full-time traineeship position, and will vary dependent on how long ago the successful applicant left school (as per “Clerks - Private Sector Award”), up to $42Kpa + super + annual bonus.
Under the guidance of our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the tasks below, with the opportunity to take on more as you settle in and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Scanning of student assessments & other documents
- Printing & putting together student course materials
- Data entry of student details
- Ensuring office & training rooms are kept tidy & clean at all times
- Making tea & coffee for visitors as required
- Monitoring & ordering stationery & office supplies
- Getting mail ready & taking it to the post office
- Providing admin support to our Operations Manager, and Managing Partners
Skills & Experience:
Given this position is a traineeship, experience is not necessary, however some administration experience would be beneficial. More importantly, you will:
