About The Role
The Trainee Administration Assistant will gain the necessary skills and experience to provide administrative support related to timely and accurate processing and management of learner records and the effective communication with students and delivery departments to ensure support of the learner’s engagement with Wodonga TAFE.
Duties:
Maintain excellence in customer service, a respectful and inclusive attitude to diversity, and commitment to continuous learning and improvement, to support Wodonga TAFE’s strategic growth and development.
Under guidance from the Team Leader and other administration staff, accurately process learner records and financial transactions including cash handling in accordance with Institute and department policy and procedure, in order to achieve positive outcomes for stakeholders and compliance with government requirements.

Commitment to successfully complete BSB30115 Certificate III in Business.
