We are looking for a resilient, reliable, enthusiastic and organised Trainee Administration Assistant to join the team in our Port Macquarie office. This is a 12-month full-time, fixed-term Traineeship role available only to ETC Customers. The hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, which includes the added benefit of a monthly accrued day off (ADO).
The focus of the role is providing administrative and reception support to the Workforce Australia Services team while obtaining your Certificate II or Cert III in Business Administration. We’re looking for someone who is keen to learn and has outstanding customer-service skills, impeccable time management, good attention to detail and the ability to juggle a busy workload. Ideally you will be confident navigating various computer based programs and using the Microsoft office suite.
Previous experience is not required! All you need is a positive attitude and motivation to learn. ETC will provide comprehensive training.
