Do you live in Melbourne?
Have you a Certificate III in Baking, or Bread Baking, and or in Cake & Pastry with at least five years’ experience in a commercial bakery producing bread, cake and pastry. You must understand the complexity of your craft and be able to communicate professionally with employers, supervisors and apprentices.
You will work office hours at home while online and/or under the direct supervision of a qualified Baker Trainer in the bakeries and qualify for your TAE Certificate IV in Training and Assessment at the same time.
