We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team as a Business Manager (Finance and Insurance) for our Sunshine Coast Team.
Our Business Managers hold key positions in our company, dealing with all facets of selling Finance and Insurance and assisting our Vehicle sales teams.
As a Sunco Motors Business Manager you will ideally possess:
- A strong background in Sales
- Target orientated and focused on meeting industry KPI’s
- Experience with VWFS, NSFA and Allianz Insurance (preferred but not essential)
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills and exceptional Customer Service
Ongoing training and development will be provided in all aspects of the Finance and Insurance sales and processes.
Please note this is not a formal Traineeship, it is an entry-level position. We are offering on-the-job internal training, through learning and refining a unique skill set.
Key Requirements of the Role:
- Current Driver's Licence
- Computer skills and be Tech savvy
- Ability to obtain upon request police check & credit check to satisfy NCCP requirements of our lenders
