Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This pivotal role focuses on driving new business growth and expanding our investigation & loss assessing base through strategic sales initiatives and partnerships. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the private investigations and insurance assessing industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of market trends and client needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic Business Development plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance assessing and investigations sector.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
- Provide expert advice and solutions to clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies.
- Work closely with the Business Manager and Operations Team to ensure service delivery meets the highest standards.
- A degree in management or a related field is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in Business Development, preferably in the investigations or insurance assessing industry.
- Strong understanding of the private investigation market and its regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
