About the role:
- Learning how to promote a range of aftercare products to new and existing customers.
- Coordinating car deliveries from preparation to delivery
- Work collaboratively with the Cars Sales team and F&I team.
- Preparing warranties and necessary paperwork for customers
- Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all customers.
- Contributing to the achievement of dealership goals by meeting and exceeding KPIs
Do you have?
- A willingness to learn.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a high level of computer literacy and exposure to Microsoft Office
- Have the right to work in Australia.
- A current Australian driver’s license
