This is an entry-level position for anyone wanting to start their career in the Automotive Industry!

In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service primarily through the effective, accurate and timely interpretation of parts for both internal and external customers. You will also be required to take responsibility for general warehouse duties such as picking, packing and receiving/dispatch of goods to the warehouse.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the Parts Department, providing parts to both internal and external customers.
  • Promotion and sales of various products and/or services to suit customer needs.
  • Handling of parts sales and enquiries and preparing invoices.
  • Placement and management of daily orders and dispatch organisation.
  • Processing incoming orders and contributing to accurate inventory management.
  • Identifying various parts and components accurately.
  • Building and maintaining customer loyalty and support through exceptional customer service.
  • Receiving, unpacking and storage of incoming goods in accordance with appropriate procedures.
  • Picking and packing of orders including courier and transport documentation.
  • Locating and organising the storage of parts.
  • Assist the Warehouse Manager with periodic stock checks.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • A passion for the automotive industry.
  • Basic computer competency.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide great customer service.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Hold a current Driver’s Licence.
