Trainee Specialist Consultant

Your Role: We are actively seeking a Trainee Specialist Consultant for one of the established divisions at Your Resourcing Group. This division is one of the fastest growing at Your Resourcing, offering endless personal rewards.
As a Trainee Specialist Consultant, you will embody the passion and professionalism that drives our business. You will closely partner with candidates and clients to meet recruitment needs in a fast-paced, competitive, and pressured environment. With continuous support and training, you will become an expert in:
Business Development, showcasing the ability to penetrate new and existing companies.
Identifying, interviewing, and placing a high volume of skilled candidates.
Expert use of social media tools. Building awareness around your personal brand and maintaining credibility while exceeding sales targets.
Your Experience: While we don't necessarily require recruitment experience, we value commercial acumen, maturity, and a strong sales drive. The ability to react quickly under pressure is crucial, and you should thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch industry within a down-to-earth environment. Ideally, you'll come from a solid sales background or have the confidence to sell yourself while passionately pursuing a career in recruitment.
