In this role, you'll:
Take on a role that is responsible for providing business and administration support to the Senior Manager, Initial Employment Training and the Crew Trainee Leads; ensuring quality service and the needs of stakeholders are met. The day will be varied and include responsibilities like:
• Facilitating the on boarding of Trainee Guards and Drivers ensuring they have all that is required to commence employment including but not limited to uniforms, equipment, opal cards, and ID access cards
• Ensuring trainees are off boarded once they graduate from training by following off boarding processes in place
• Preparing for inductions and graduations including catering for events
• Managing a group inbox where trainees send payroll documentation and general queries
• Administration duties and delivery of ad hoc tasks
• Managing stock, ordering and registers to ensure items required for training are readily available

About you
You have proven experience providing administrative support in an autonomous environment within a complex organization.
You are systematic, process-driven, can follow instructions, and are highly organized.
You’re flexible with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and have a desire to help others in the workplace.
