Operations Coordinator/Customer Service - Airfreight

• Developing and maintaining productive and positive relationships with clients
• Acting as the liaison between the Sales, Operations and Account Management team for the Customer in regard to their account queries providing regular updates in accordance with the companies SOP’s
• Ensuring the smooth transition of a new client into the business
• Communicating account needs to internal stakeholders
• Shipment information
• Order status/ updates
• Grievances/complaints
• Monitoring ongoing claims
• Invoice queries
• Billing queries
• Adhoc Customer Service duties as directed

Experience Required

• Freight forwarding or supply chain operations experience is a must
• Understanding of quoting and tender documents is required
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, highly service orientated
• Analytical and target focussed
• Experience with working with regulations
