The Financial Services division exists to support the main service divisions of genU to enable these divisions to improve the quality of life for Australian's living with disabilities, the aging, and their families.As the Senior Accounts Receivable Officer your main role will be to oversee the daily activities of the Accounts Officers, providing guidance, support and coaching to set and achieve professional objectives and growth in relation to Accounts Receivable processes. You will also be responsible for:

• Managing relationships with customers and suppliers
• Resolving invoicing / collection issues
• Processing Accounts Receivable including invoice entry, receipting and enquiry responses
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and strong internal financial control
• Supporting month end accounting processes
• Assisting with audit processes
• Contributing to process efficiency and automation implementation

This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity based at the genU Support Hub in Geelong, Victoria.
