Essential Criteria:
- Qualifications: Hold current Aged Care qualifications, including CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and/or Disability) or CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support
- CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support is desirable, but not essential.
- Training and Assessment: Possess the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, with relevant experience in vocational education and industry.
- Experience: Demonstrate 3-5 years delivering workplace and classroom-based programs, including online learning.
- Industry Relevance: Stay updated through continuous professional development and maintain a network of potential work placement hosts.
- Tech Savvy: Be comfortable with educational technologies and possess good computer literacy.
- Driving Force: Have a current driver's license and a reliable car for work-related travel.
- May be required to facilitate training in other locations as required
