Seeking one full-time and one part-time Trainer for Early Childhood
About your role:
You will work with high quality and progressive businesses across Metropolitan Sydney to upskill learners in qualifications cert III to Diplomas. Our trainers are recruited for their industry knowledge, current competency, and adult learning expertise. You understand the needs and demands of the sector and deliver quality training through innovative and creative approaches. This allows our learners and employers to develop to their full potential.

Key responsibilities:
- Induct learners into the qualification, skill set or short course, which may include workplace traineeships.
- Provide tutorial support to learners.
- Observe and document practical skills demonstrated by learners.
- Conduct assessment sessions and mark assessment answers.
- Assist with validation, mapping and developing some assessment materials.
You will have:
- TAE 40116 Certificate IV in Training and Education orTAE 40110 including TAELLN411 and TAEASS502 units or higher.
- Relevant qualifications, experience and industry currency in the area that is being trained and assessed.
- Own reliable transport and current Driver’s License.
- 3 doses of the COVID-19 vaccination
- NDIS Workers Check and a NSW Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- Contractor Trainers are required to have Public Liability insurance and Professional Indemnity insurance or willingness to obtain.
