Our market leading RTO is currently expanding and looking for passionate trainers to join the team.
As a Retail Trainer you will deliver the SIR30216 Certificate III in Retail to job seeker students and play a key role in upskilling participants through highly engaging and practical development programs.

The role is open to those seeking a casual, part-time, or full-time position:
- Casual/Part-time – 3 days per week from our Maddington training location; or
- Full-time – 5 days per week working across two or three training locations north of the river in either Mirrabooka, Morley, Midland and up to Clarkson, in addition to our Maddington training location.
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40110 (including TAEASS502 and TAELLN411) or TAE40116 - essential.
- Cert III in Retail – SIR30216 – essential
- Minimum 2 years’ demonstrated experience as a Trainer and Assessor
- Passion to train and motivate others.
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to deliver relevant and engaging training.
- Australian driver's licence
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
