We are now excited to welcome a Trainer & Assessor (Health Services) who shares this vision to join our growing team.
The Role
You will be delivering face-to-face classes and providing timely marking of assessments and providing student support. You will also be conducting workplace-based evaluations and assessments to students who are undertaking practical as part of their studies.
More than this, you will provide a supported, engaging and student-centered learning experience and successful outcomes.
Key Tasks include:

• Plan, prepare and deliver courses / training according to the training package or accredited course.
• Ensure all students are provided up to date training plans.
• Deliver engaging and effective classroom-based training.
• Identify and establish the learning needs of a student and customise training and assessment accordingly.
• Monitor and manage student progression ensuring course completion in required timeframe.
• Plan, conduct and review assessment of student competence.
• Participate in assessment validations/moderations.
• Complete work placement documentation before, during and after placement

Your skills and experience:

• Certificate III in Allied Health or higher.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (HLT33021)
• Experience in delivering Training and Assessment for an RTO
• Up-to-date Trainer and Assessor matrix. This should include Vocational competence, Evidence of Current Industry Skills, VET Skills profile
• Current WWCC
