Specialised in training and assessing both Face 2 Face and Online in the following Qualifications.
• Business C3,C4 and Diploma
• Community Services
• Individual Support
• Aging and Disability Support
• MEDS Assist
• Hospitality
• Foundation Skills Knowledge
Job tasks and responsibilities:
• Facilitate training and support sessions.
• Mark assessments and update student training records
• Continuously develop, update, and improve learning resources for respective courses.
• Participate in assessment review and evaluation against competency standards.
• Comply with organisational requirements for the provision of relevant feedback to students.
• Comply with all lawful and reasonable directions of the company.
The main duties will be to:
• Deliver training via face-to-face classroom sessions and ONLINE.
• Assess students via practical assessments and written assessments.
• Mark, manage, and maintain student assessments promptly.
• Liaise with the Administration team to ensure student records are up to date.
Skills and experience
To be considered for this role, you must hold:
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 min)
• Current Qualifications in your Industry of Training
• Current Blue Card
• Current Police Check
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Recent VET experience
• The ability and passion to engage the class and draw on their own experiences to provide students with a rich learning experience.
• Computer skills with the ability to learn new software packages.
• You MUST know your industry and be passionate about training the next generation.
• RTO knowledge and operations relating to compliance obligations as a Trainer and Assessor.
Minimum skills and experience requirements:
• Three years experience in delivering online training services to students.
• a work history that demonstrates current industry skills that can be verified.
• Current knowledge and skills in unpacking training packages and Units of Competency.
