Job tasks and responsibilities
About the role:
We are looking for a motivated Trainer for the Graduate Diploma of Management (learning)
Reporting to the Academic Manager, you will deliver above program run at the RTO.
You will be responsible for:
- Program planning and operations
- Delivering training
- Conducting assessment
- Industry engagement
- Monitoring and reporting on academic progress
Skills and experience
Applicants MUST address the following SELECTION CRITERIA as part of their application:
- Experience in training in the VET sector in the area of training in Management
- A relevant Industry qualification and links with employers
- Demonstrated understanding of training packages and units of competency
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment TAE40116
- Experience validating assessment and learner resources
- Demonstrated adult learning/education and training experience
- High level communication, interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
- Advanced computer literacy/experience with MS Office
