Spencer College is a Registered Training Organization and CRICOS Provider. We are looking for a quality trainers and assessor to deliver the following qualifications to our expanding domestic and international markets. 

• BSB50120 Diploma of Business
• BSB60120 Advanced Diploma of Business
• BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

Essential requirements:
1. You must hold the VET qualification/s (or higher) you are applying for
2. Experience in an RTO environment
3. TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment 

Desired requirements:
1. A minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience
2. Experience working with a culturally diverse group of students
3. Intermediate computer skills
4. Proven communication and time management skills
5. Experience in training students
