About You:

- Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrate solid experience as a Trainer/ Assessor and hold current industry skills
- Deliver engaging and relevant training & assessment services (combined theory and practical activities)
- Ensure content and delivery of accredited courses meets ASQA/ RTO Standards and other applicable regulations
- Supervise students’ behaviours and provide engaging and motivating training
- Maintain equipment, training venues and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation
- Travel may be required to deliver training off-site
- Perform other general duties as required
- Demonstrated Earthmoving experience within the construction/ civil, resources & infrastructure or training sectors
- TAA Qualifications
- Current Working Children Check Card and willing to obtain a Police Check prior
- You will need to be an Australian Resident
- Must hold valid Australian Drivers Licence
