The Role:
Working with Mercedes-Benz Australia, you will become a brand ambassador and embody our reputation for service excellence and our care in providing flexible, innovative and tailor-made mobility solutions.
This position is based at our regional Training Centre in Alexandria, NSW.
You will be joining a high performing team and assist in the daily operations of the Training Centre.
Key duties & responsibilities;
- Support the daily operations of the Training Centre and assist both staff and visitors while on site.
- Shipping and receiving of training materials and aids.
- Training room preparation and organisation.
- Oversee inventory of stationery and supplies.
- Work with the Facilities Team to assist in organisation/managing the completion of site inspections and works.
- Assist in other administration tasks as required.
What you will need to be successful:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge on Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Position Details:
- This a part-time role working from 7:30am - 12:30pm, Monday - Friday.
- Temporary contract until December 2024.
