Training Administrator

Red Mulga Australia, a fast-growing and dynamic company, is seeking a Training Administrator to assist in our day-to-day operations for a 3-month period (with the possibility of extension) to cover the absence of our existing employee who will soon be going on maternity leave. With Immediate start availability. 

This role is offered on a Monday to Friday Roster. Based at Roxby Downs Office

Duties:

• Participate in implementing training programs
• Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
• Book classrooms training 
• Prepare material (e.g. instructional notes, Voc’s )
• Submit reports on training activities and results
• Assisting with a variety of daily training administration-based tasks,

To be successful: 

• ideally local to Roxby Downs
• Minimum 1 year Administration experience. 
• Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Successfully pass a Pre- Employment Medical 
• Full Australian working rights
• Training administration experience advantageous but not a requirement;
