This part time e Training Administrator role is responsible for providing full administrative and training support to the learning and development team and supporting project coordination and ongoing support for program delivery.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Provide quality customer service for external stakeholders regarding inquiries and enrolment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date learning data and attendance records.
- Organise bulk enrolments for groups.
- Maintain confidential records efficiently.
- Stay informed about current practices and procedures and follow relevant administrative systems.
- Ensuring the correct flow of paperwork such as enrolment forms, attendance and all associated data entry and correspondence.
- Complete all administrative tasks associated with the position accurately and promptly.
You will possess:
- Strong administrative skills for task coordination and efficiency.
- Highly organised, able to work independently, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent computer literacy, proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, and quick to learn new systems.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable communication style to meet diverse needs.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
