What you'll be doing:
- Process student records, enrolments, training, and course details
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated student issues with professionalism
- Manage data entry and aspects of Student Management and Learning Management Systems
- Maintain accuracy of learner records and review submitted documentation
- Communicate with stakeholders via email, phone, and in person
- Issue qualifications and Statements of Attainment to learners
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards for enrolment and completion processes
- 3+ years experience in RTO environment with AVETMISS reporting responsibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Student Management and Learning Management Systems, including Moodle and PowerPro
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Proven track record in implementing process improvements aligned with RTO Standards 2015
