We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Administrator to join our service operations team.
You will be responsible for scheduling training requirements for newly onboarded and existing Vestas employees across Australia and New Zealand. Another element of your role will be to work with the Service team's Hiring Manager to forecast training needs and then engage with the relevant providers to schedule future training groups. You will also manage the schooling requirements and information regarding our current and future apprentices across the country.
This is an exciting and mostly autonomous position where you can use your previous experience to provide smooth and efficient training schedules for our service technicians.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the training of new and existing Vestas staff
- On-board new staff in line with Vestas' processes and requirements
- Forecast training needs for Vestas
- Updating and maintaining Vestas' training database and records
- Analysing training costs and process
- Ensure accurate reporting and distribution to key stakeholders
- Communicate clear plans to service personnel on site
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Assist Management with additional improvement projects
- Manage the Service Apprenticeship Program
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualifications relevant to the position (desirable but not essential)
Competencies
- Previous experience coordinating training courses and their participants
- Professional communication skills
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events
- A structured approach to problem-solving
- Able to competently use Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Previous experience using SAP (editable but not essential)
