ETC is looking for a highly motivated and engagingTraining Advisor to join the team. You will be providing non-accredited training to clients through ETC's Career Transition Assistance (CTA) and 'JobLab' Programs. The training is designed to help clients develop employability skills and includes everything from assisting with resume preparation and career transition through to facilitating workshops to help clients build their skills, capability and confidence. It is a rewarding role where you can directly influence clients to become 'job-ready' and achieve positive employment outcomes.
This is a full time role based in our Newcastle office however, regular travel will be required across various ETC sites in the Hunter region.
Who are we looking for?
No qualifications or prior experience necessary. We are looking for the kind of person who thrives in a team environment and can deliver training in an accessible, fun and practical way that engages with a diverse audience group, with a fundamental belief in empowering others by helping clients build on their strengths and develop skills to successfully obtain and maintain employment.
Any experience facilitating training or workshops is highly regarded although there are many different backgrounds that can bring value to this role.
