We are currently assisting a QLD Government Department in the recruitment of an experienced Training Officer. The Training Officer will deliver Training and communication materials to users throughout the department to support ICT initiatives and education campaigns.What do you need to apply for this role?
- Experience contributing to project management activities in relation to implementing and managing change. This would include impact analysis, planning, resource development, business readiness, training, and Communications for successful implementation of change.
- Ability to perform ongoing evaluation and assessment of Training and Communications quality and effectiveness and modify material and methodology where required.
- Experience coordinating and obtaining the necessary resources required to deliver Training and development activities within agreed timeframes and to specified outcomes, including negotiating with vendors or HR organisational development practitioners.
- Assist in the design of multi-channel and inclusive learning and communication strategies for a diverse range of clients of varying levels of digital competency.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders including the ability to influence leadership teams in the successful management of change by the transfer of business and/or technical skills and knowledge.
- Develop end user products and communication materials including end user training guides, instruction manuals, online training modules and job aids to facilitate effective, consistent and informative client service delivery.
