Responsible for the identification, coordination, implementation and reporting of training programs and initiatives supporting Motorserve employees.
We are looking for a Training & Development Coordinator based in Melbourne.- Coordination and facilitation of ‘Welcome to Motorserve’ induction program for new starters to Motorserve.
- Creating training programs that are aligned with Motorserve strategic objectives.
- Provide assistance in the design, development, delivery and promotion of training and development initiatives.
- Conduct focus and refresher training where needed.
- Support employees and managers with tailored learning opportunities during operational change.
- Other ad hoc duties when required.
- Minimum 2 years in a training/ teaching/ learning and development role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure training competencies are met and maintained.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions.
- High level administrative capability with a strong service approach.
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Learning & Development or HR related field. (Desirable)
