About the Role

The primary purpose of the Training Facilitator role is to support the Election Training Lead in delivering training across the Sydney Metro and Central Coast regions.

This is a full-time temporary role until October 2024.

Essential requirements

As the successful candidate, you will have:

·       Political neutrality with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/third party campaigners

·       Current NSW Driver Licence

·       Australian citizen who is enrolled to vote

·       Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent on the job experience

How to apply

·       TQ1: One of the key challenges in this role is to foster supportive and inclusive learning environments and meet training outcomes. How do you balance managing the dynamic in the room with the need to deliver material in a tight timeframe? (300 word limit)

·       TQ2:  The Election Training Facilitator is responsible for providing consistent, high level training facilitation to all stakeholders. Please share your experience in facilitating content to meet the needs of a diverse audience. (300 word limit)
