About the role
We are currently seeking a experienced Training Manager - Health & Safety to design, develop and implement health safety training programs across the hub . This role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.
As this is a National role – potentially a minimum of 3 days travel a week interstate is required. Travel will be based on operational requirements of the business so the incumbent will need to be flexible and it may include weekends away.
Key responsibilities
- Working with the Health Safety Environmental team to develop training content.
- Designing training packages and programs that meet initiative requirements and include training effectiveness measurement.
- Designing the training programs that may utilise and consider in delivery;
- Curate the Health and Safety content on the LOR Learn platform
- Short term initiatives:o Inclusion and wellbeing – develop a model where incumbent will be the master trainer and own the engagement workshops.o HSEMS Delivery Excellence – roll out plan to be established for all regions and deliveredo HSEMS Program 1 – work with the team to establish LOR learn contento Intelex Software Platform – design package and rollout to business.
About you
- Extensive training experience
- Cert 4 in T&A, experience in delivering similar programs.
- Ability to design, program and deliver training
- Enthusiasm/interest in Health and Safety.
- High degree of autonomy, self-motivated and flexibility to travel extensively
