We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven and progressive Training Managerto join our award-winning RTO (6998). The Training Manager is responsible for all aspects of RTO operations with a focus on continuous improvement, increased efficiency, innovation and effectiveness of the operations. You will be responsible for staff development, customer relations, planning and coordination, sales and promotion of all programs, safety and financial performance in order to achieve the successful delivery of all Training Contracts.
This is a full-time role with a monthly accrued day off (ADO). Regular travel will be required across the region, and you will be provided with a company motor vehicle, laptop and mobile phone to perform the role.
Who are we looking for?
Someone with demonstrable experience in a leadership role and a track record of coaching teams to empower success. This role is ideal for a qualified and experienced Trainer and Assessor with significant experience facilitating accredited and non-accredited training and a sound understanding of RTO registration and contract requirements.
Essential experience, qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience in an RTO environment, preferably in a leadership role
- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders
- A recent clear National Police Check and current Working With Children Check NSW
- Current Driver’s Licence and the ability to travel between different ETC sites
Desirable experience, qualifications and skills:
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment - TAE40116 or equivalent
