Experience required to fulfil this role include:
- Ability to create training content including working instructions, quick reference guides, 'how to' videos, proficiency assessments, practice activities etc. in alignment with existing training strategies and corporate formats.
- Leverage internal and external subject matter experts to deliver accurate and appropriate user-centred training.
- Facilitate classroom training and upskill others to lead training through a 'Train the Trainer' approach.
- Achieve deadlines, effectively manage work priorities, and coordinate training schedules and delivery.
- Monitor regular technical releases to identify and apply training updates as required, working in parallel to project deliverables such as user acceptance testing.
- Support training logistics and provide updates and reports for key business stakeholders.
- Experience in Salesforce Enablement highly regarded.
- Experience in user-centered training content creation for Business Systems aligning with existing training strategies and corporate formats.
- Ability to facilitate classroom training and upskill others to lead training.
- Experience in rollout of training alongside project delivery.
- Demonstrated experienced working with stakeholders and SMEs to develop training content.
- Achieve deadlines, effectively manage work priorities, and coordinate training schedules and delivery making updates as required.
