Our client provides on demand cloud computing services powering more than a million businesses in 190 countries around the world. The business is growing rapidly and to support this growing demand for their services we have a 12-month contract position available within the team who are responsible for delivering Training Programs and initiatives that drive both field effectiveness, and operational excellence. This role will suit a highly skilled coordinator who will be responsible for the administration and support for the deployment of these impactful programs. Based in the Sydney CBD, WFH is available several days per week.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Building a program plan and calendar for the Training Programs
- Supporting new hires throughout their onboarding
- Managing a calendar, travel bookings and expenses
- Supporting the Program Managers and Operations team
- Survey deployment and response management
- Analysing data to identify insights and recommendations
- Extensive experience as a Coordinator, ideally having supported Program Managers
- Excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills
- A proven track record in supporting multiple programs simultaneously
- Ability to work autonomously and react quickly to urgent situations that require a quick turnaround
- Intermediate MS Excel skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- LMS experience would be beneficial
- Analytical skills and an ability to create consolidated reports from multiple sources
