The Opportunity:
As the Training Specialist, you will work alongside an experienced Change Manager and Change Analyst within a well-established project team to play an important role in the implementation and support phase of a high profile project. Working to a pre-determined Project & Change Management plan, you’ll be able to work within project parameters whilst making recommendations for developing, delivering, and monitoring training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs analysis.
- Develop training materials.
- Deliver training sessions.
- Online training management.
- Monitor training outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
You have proven experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Trainer or a similar role, as well as a strong understanding of training methodologies and tools. Your communication and presentation skills are phenomenal as is your ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms and your relationship building abilities.
You have demonstrated experience in developing and delivering both face-to-face and online training material and a strong background with e-learning platforms and remote training techniques. You will also have hands-on experience with the software development lifestyle and user experience best practices.
